What to Expect On Your First Visit

Consultation – We’ll take time to understand your concerns and goals
Core Score Spinal Scan – Measures how your nervous system is functioning
Posture & Foot Analysis – Identifies imbalances from the ground up
Digital X-rays – Taken if needed to fully understand your structure
First Adjustment – Provided on day one if appropriate
Hydrotherapy – Gentle, relaxing support for your healing
Care Review – We go over your findings and next steps on visit two

Plan to spend about 45–60 minutes with us on your first visit. We want to be thorough, respectful of your time, and make sure all your questions are answered.

Common Questions from New Patients

Do I get adjusted on my first visit?

Most of the time, yes. If it’s clinically appropriate based on your exam and x-rays, we’ll begin care right away — but only when it’s safe to do so.

Will I be pressured into a long-term care plan?

Absolutely not. We explain our findings, give you recommendations, and answer all your questions. The decision is always yours.

Can I use my insurance?

Yes. We accept many insurance plans and we’ll verify your benefits for you. Some patients even find that our $129 special is a better value. We have a large patient base that is mixed between insurance, medicare, and cash.

What should I wear or bring?

Comfortable, non-restrictive clothing is best — similar to what you’d wear for a walk or casual exercise. Bring your ID and any relevant medical records if you have them.

What if I’ve never seen a chiropractor before?

You’re in the right place. We’ll explain everything clearly, at your pace. There’s no pressure, and we love helping first-timers feel confident and comfortable.
