Your First Visit

When you choose our team for your care, we want you to know that we’ll go above and beyond to offer you exactly what your body needs for health.

From the moment you walk in the door at Johns Creek Chiropractic and Wellness Center, we hope you’ll feel like a part of our family. If you’d like to fill out your new patient paperwork prior to your visit, you can do so by downloading it here.

Dr. Joe likes to make sure he has adequate time to review and study your scan results, so we’ll invite you to return the following day for your report of findings.

Your Second Visit

On your second visit, Dr. Joe will go over his findings with you and show you exactly what’s going on inside your body so that you can have an active role in your care. Dr. Joe will go over the best care plan for you and explain the five phases of care-though whether or not you begin adjustments is entirely up to you. If you’re ready for your first adjustment, we can begin on this very visit.

We’ll also fully explain any financial obligations so that there are no surprises-please know that we strive to make care affordable for all. We accept a wide variety of major insurance plans and are proud to offer payment plans for those who need it-some with zero interest.
